Running a Firewall:
If you are using a strict firewall then make sure that your firewall isn't blocking Active-x controls.
Below is a picture of a firewall that accepts Active-X:
Running Windows XP:
if you are using Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) then you should allow Active X controls by using the Information Bar, which looks like the picture below. The warning will appear on pages that include animations. The warning will not be visible during the viewing of this page.
The warning might
look different than the one demonstrated. However, you can right-click
the information bar and click "Allow Blocked Content"
to be able to view the website content.
